We’re not a label. We’re not here to own your work. We’re here to shine a light on it.

Your Submissions

When you submit music, lyrics, video, or any creative work to UNKOVA (for interviews, playlists, SPITFIRE, etc.), you still own it. Always.

By submitting, you give us permission to:

• Feature it on our platform

• Share it across our social channels

• Use it in promotions connected to your feature (with credit)

We’ll never sell your content. We’ll never claim it as ours.

Our Content

All original content created by UNKOVA — interviews, articles, playlists, visuals, branding, etc. - belongs to us.

You can’t copy, repost, or republish it without written permission.

3. SUBMISSIONS + COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

If you submit to us or engage with our community, you agree to:

• Only send content you have the rights to use

• Respect other artists, creators, and members of the community

• Keep it real. No spam, hate speech, plagiarism, or fake plays.

We reserve the right to remove content or block access if you violate these terms.

4. NO GUARANTEES

Submission does not guarantee inclusion in any UNKOVA product (UNFILTERED, SPITFIRE, playlists, etc.).

Curation is based on quality, authenticity, and alignment with our mission.

5. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

We do our best to keep this platform running smoothly. But we’re not liable for:

• Any losses from using this site

• Any errors, downtime, or data issues

• How third-party platforms handle content we share
